If the problem can not be fixed and you remain unsatisfied, we will issue a full refund. To submit a refund request the issue must be related to our service, comply with our Terms of Service without any violations, and be filed within 5 days of purchase.
To cancel your account, please submit a request from the registered email address of the account holder. We do not accept cancellation requests via phone or live chat.
Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction, and are typically completed within 15 working days.
